Yea, but it can be off by 0.001, a number not shown in the editor.

Look at the Scion XSI files.  Especially the Warrior.  Look at the flame_1__h mesh.  It's curved.

Look at the Scion XSI files.  Especially the Warrior.  Look at the flame_1__h mesh.  It's curved.

Interesting. It appears a flame may contain at least one concave fold. I know for a fact however that 1 vert of by .001 will cause an AV. Perhaps at least 4 verts must exist per sub-plane and all division lines must occur stably between verts.

Also look at the flame mesh on the scion 'Legion' in the EP N1, flame meshes on that is concave, it has 14 verts i think.
