Encountered a bug just now.

I tend to play BZ2 with my own music in the background - either soundtracks from various games or just all my music. This, of course, involves turning the game's music volume down.

If I turn the music down after loading the game, that's fine. All the other sounds play. If, however, I don't turn it back up again and open the game with it still off, no sound plays at all. The music volume slider now controls all the sound made by the game.

I too have been experiencing some kind of volume anomaly. There are others as well, like squirrel I believe, maybe Commando. I have not been able to put my finger on it, but well try to verify your claim tonight.

I notice this issue by turning down Effects volume will mute Voice volume even if voice volume is at its max. I haven't noticed any issue with music, though.

Also Axe, my issues with my sound that you are thinking of are related to a physical problem with my headsets that I have repaired by soldering last night.

It seems that the issue is more random than I'd originally thought.
