You can't. Thats illegal, if you own the disc just install it from the disc in English Language.

It's a different disk to the one you or I own. The entire thing is in German.

The game never gives you the option of which language to use.

some patch maybe for forgotten enemies?

because I can start forgotten enemies. come in the menu, can create a pilot and start single games, but not offline-strategy or multiplayer...

Just install the English patch onto a new install, then FE. Sorry it's not in German but I think you'll know what to do.
